Journey is asking for donations for the following:

Supplies:

• 60 lbs Russet potatoes (indicate how many lbs you can provide)

• 1⁄2 gallon 2% milk

• 5 lbs butter (sticks, salted or unsalted)

• 5 cans Carnation evaporated milk

• 15 lbs Gold Medal Flour (brand is important)

• 5 lbs any brand flour

• 1 box quart-sized ziplock bags (100 ct)

Equipment:

• Lefsa sticks

• Lefse grills

• Pastry boards

• Lefsa rolling pins

Volunteers:

• Fri, Nov 21: 5-7pm

  • 6+ volunteers for potato peeling (5:00 pm,~2 hrs)

  • Potato peelers (needed prior to 5 pm Friday night)

• Saturday, Nov 22: 8am - 12pm

  • Rolling (6+)

  • Turning (3+)

  • Other tasks (all skill levels welcome!)

  • Clean Up crew - plan to stay or arrive around 11:30 for about an hour

    • Wash dishes, wash tables, put furniture back for Sunday Fellowship
